It's been a while. Oopsy in docs.

Hi Bryan, It's a year since I went for a week break and never came back.

I'm looking at the game thing again now, random as ever.

I was reading through your docs and found an oopsy.


in Loading and Changing Game Levels.

"Run the app again and you should see your second level around five seconds after starting the application. If not, debug."

referring to:

if (!secondLevelLoaded && gameTime.TotalGameTime.Milliseconds > 5000)

What you meant was

if (!secondLevelLoaded && gameTime.TotalGameTime.TotalMilliseconds > 5000)

Because gameTime.TotalGameTime.Milliseconds returns the Millisecond component rather than the TotalGameTime represented in milliseconds, so it will never go above 999.

Hope this helps swerve a few confuzzled punters back on the path.
