Bug in JigLibX SegmentIntersect

I believe I've found a bug in the JigLibX CollisionSkin that was causing it to always return a zero normal value.  Here's a link to the post on the JigLibX forums...

For now I've manually recompiled JigLibX rev 34355 and Ox rev 420 with the fix shown in that post.  What will need to be done to get this fix into the Ox project so I don't get stuck having to use this manually built version for too long, or having to constantly redo the change?

I usually like to inherit bug fixes directly from jlx's code base, but I can make an exception once I look at this code and verify the fix. gonna need a couple days before i can get to it tho.
