Can you provide a brief summary about programming starting points for creating a game with Ox?

For a 2D tile-based game, what's the best method to store and draw 2D tiles for a side-scroller and similar?

For a 3D game, what's the best method to load cubes w/ textures that are tiles from the previous 2D question?
