WIN32 Copy: System.ComponentModel.BrowsableAttribute Error

Error    3    The type 'System.ComponentModel.BrowsableAttribute' exists in both 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\System.dll' and 's:\DEVELOPMENT\OxSolution\Ox\Engine\bin\x86\Debug\Ox.Engine.dll'    S:\DEVELOPMENT\OxSolution\Ox\Scene\Component\SceneComponentToken.cs    11    21    Windows Copy of Xbox 360 Scene


I have developed a game entirely in the 360 Side and had deleted all references to the WIN32 stuff (save the ContentFiles folder to keep the editor working)

When I came to recreate the WIN32 copy (for some testing) - I get the above message? and obviously it can't build.

        public new ISceneComponent Instance
            get { return OxHelper.Cast<ISceneComponent>(base.Instance); }

is the offender.

I imagine I need to infer to the compiler which assembly to reference .

I will share any fixes I receive here to help future idiots like myself.
